Legal & Export Restrictions
Some uses of myDinnerPlan may be limited by location, sanctions, or local law.
1 Legal Compliance
We design myDinnerPlan to operate in compliance with applicable laws for a software service, including privacy, consumer, and payments rules that apply to us. Features such as SMS reminders and payments depend on carriers and processors that also enforce their own compliance requirements.
2 Service Availability & Export Limits
myDinnerPlan is a digital service. We do not ship physical goods. Still, access may be unavailable or limited in regions subject to trade embargoes, sanctions programs, or other legal restrictions. Payment providers may also block transactions from certain countries or institutions.
We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts when required to comply with sanctions, export controls, or other lawful restrictions.
3 Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of myDinnerPlan complies with the laws where you live and where you access the service. That includes rules about online services, communications consent when adding household members, and any dietary or food-safety decisions you make using planning tools.
4 Sanctions & Restricted Regions
We follow applicable U.S. sanctions and trade restrictions. Public information about U.S. sanctions programs is available from the U.S. Treasury OFAC. If your payment or account access is blocked for compliance reasons, we may be unable to provide the service until the restriction no longer applies.
