Promotion Terms & Conditions
Understand the rules and limitations of our promotional offers.
1 Eligibility
Unless a promotion says otherwise, offers are for registered myDinnerPlan users and may be limited to new accounts, specific plans, or regions. Employees, contractors, and anyone acting on their behalf may be excluded when stated in the offer.
2 Usage Rules
Only one promotional code may be applied per checkout or subscription start unless the offer expressly allows stacking. Codes cannot usually be combined with other discounts, partner deals, or prior credits. Promo value has no cash equivalent and cannot be transferred.
There is no standing public promo code on this website. When we run an offer, the code appears in optional product emails, in your account, or on a specific campaign page. A free account does not need a code. See current plan prices.
3 Validity
Promotions remain active until their stated expiration date, until a usage cap is reached, or until we end the offer. Free trials convert to paid billing at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the trial ends, as described in the offer and our Cancellation Policy.
4 Modifications & Abuse
We may alter or terminate any promotion at our discretion. We may void a promo if we detect misuse, such as creating multiple accounts to claim a new-user offer, sharing non-transferable codes publicly against the offer rules, or exploiting a billing error.
5 Trials Turning Into Paid Plans
If a free trial converts to a paid subscription, billing starts at the rate shown in the offer unless you cancel in time. Keep an eye on trial end dates in your account or confirmation email. General consumer tips on recurring charges are published by the FTC.
6 Have Questions?
For help with a code or trial, use our Contact page and include the promo name or code. Billing disputes follow our Refund & Dispute Policy.
