Refund & Dispute Policy
Our goal is to address billing concerns promptly and fairly for myDinnerPlan subscriptions.
1 What This Policy Covers
myDinnerPlan is a software subscription service. This policy covers paid plans and related billing charges. It does not cover grocery purchases, third-party stores, or physical goods, because we do not ship products.
2 Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be available when a charge was made in error, when a paid feature was unavailable due to a verified service failure on our side, or when we otherwise failed to provide the subscription benefits described at purchase.
Unless required by law or stated in a specific promotion, unused time in a billing period after you cancel is generally not refunded. See our Cancellation Policy for how cancellations work.
3 How to Request a Refund
Submit a refund request within 14 days of the charge using our Contact page. Include the email on the account, the approximate charge date, and a short description of the issue so we can locate the payment quickly.
4 Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with a refund decision, reply through the Contact page and ask that the case be reviewed again. Please avoid opening a bank or card chargeback before contacting us — we can often resolve billing mistakes faster that way, and chargebacks may delay a final fix.
5 Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit. Refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible.
6 What We Need From You
To investigate quickly, include: the email on the account, the date and amount of the charge, the last four digits of the card if you have them, and whether you already canceled. Screenshots of the charge help when the statement description is unclear.
7 Consumer Billing Tips
For general guidance on subscription billing and dispute options under U.S. consumer protection rules, see the FTC’s advice on canceling recurring charges. Contact us first so we can fix an erroneous charge without a prolonged bank dispute.
